Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve objectives for key national accounts and special events.. . Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and strategic calls with clients to understand and document their evolving needs.. . Identify internal strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities to inform business strategy.. . Manage and execute opportunities within the Special Events segment using team resources.. . Coordinate with executives and sales/marketing teams to analyze market trends and optimize performance.. . Participate in internal sales calls and monthly meetings, reporting on partner-facing activities.. . Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and implement promotional campaigns and events.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . Bachelor’s Degree or High School diploma/GED with 5+ years of relevant industry experience (manufacturing, plumbing, electrical).. . Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM tools, including Salesforce.. . Valid driver’s license with ability to pass MVR checks.. . Experience with commercial HVAC products and national account sales is preferred.. . Strong interpersonal, customer relationship, and presentation skills.. . Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.. . Marketing communication and strategic planning skills.. .
