We are seeking a CRO Analyst & Experiment Coordinator to analyze, validate, and report on our tests, ensuring every experiment produces accurate, reliable insights. This person will safeguard our testing process by preventing invalid test setups, spotting extra variables, and ensuring data integrity.. This is a critical role for someone who loves numbers, thrives on precision, and understands how small testing errors can cost a company significant revenue.. Key Responsibilities. Analytics & Reporting. . Pull weekly reports on all active split tests across funnels and products.. . Analyze test performance against core CRO KPIs, including:. . . Landing Page CTR & CVR%. . Checkout CVR%, AOV, Sub Take Rate%, Refund%. . Offer metrics: Bundle %, Upsell/Downsell %, Subscription Correlation. . Retention metrics: Retention %, Cancel Save %, Refund %. . . Deliver clear, actionable insights to guide test decisions:. . . Scale winning variations across channels and SKUs.. . Iterate on underperforming tests with informed recommendations.. . Kill tests that show no potential for improvement.. . . Maintain an organized testing dashboard in ClickUp and RedTrack.. . QA for Test Validity & Data Integrity. Note: Developers are responsible for ensuring the page functions technically.. This role is focused on test accuracy and clean data.. . Validate each test before launch to confirm:. . . Only the intended variable is being tested (no hidden changes to layout, copy, or functionality).. . Traffic is splitting correctly (e.g., 50/50, clean randomization).. . Targeting and audience segments match test requirements.. . All tracking pixels, events, and reporting are accurate.. . . Identify any extra variables or inconsistencies that could invalidate results, such as:. . . Different checkout flows between control and variant.. . Incorrect pricing logic or upsells being triggered unintentionally.. . Changes to load speed, scripts, or elements unrelated to the test.. . . Serve as the final gatekeeper before a test goes live to ensure:. . . Results will be statistically valid.. . Data is clean and ready for analysis.. . . Test Briefing & Setup Support. . Write clear, detailed briefs for developers to build new tests and variations, including:. . . Landing pages, checkouts, and offer flows.. . Objectives and hypotheses for each experiment.. . Exact technical requirements and data tracking points.. . . Collaborate with CRO function owners to translate testing ideas into precise technical builds.. . Experiment Documentation. . Maintain detailed records for every test in ClickUp:. . . Active tests and their current stage.. . Winner/Loser summaries and data analysis.. . Next steps for scaling, iterating, or killing tests.. . . Update the Proven Winners Library with:. . Screenshots, KPI results, and documentation for top-performing tests.. . Ensure all tasks are tagged and named correctly (Function, SKU, Persona, Funnel Type).. . Team Collaboration. . Work closely with:. . . CRO Function Owners: Landing Pages, Checkout, Offers, Retention.. . Developers: To ensure technical builds align with test plans.. . Ops Specialist: To maintain an accurate and clean testing pipeline.. . Media Buying Team: To ensure winning tests are scaled efficiently and they are aware of all tests.. . . . Present reports and findings during weekly CRO meetings.. . 2+ years of experience in analytics, QA for testing, or digital marketing operations.. . Strong skills in data analysis and reporting (AI, Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or similar).. . Strong understanding of statistical validity and test design.. . Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).. . . Preferred:. . Experience in analytics tools (e.g, Google Looker Studio) and subscription business models.. . Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools.. . Knowledge of basic web development concepts (HTML, CSS, JS) to effectively communicate with developers.. . .
