Accountabilities:. ·         Lead architectural design for complex software projects, covering both backend systems and frontend interfaces.. ·         Develop, integrate, and maintain full-stack features bridging backend infrastructure and frontend user experience.. ·         Mentor and guide engineering teams, supporting professional growth and a strong engineering culture.. ·         Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and operations.. ·         Ensure high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and exceptional user experience.. ·         Drive technical decisions, scope projects, and manage the end-to-end delivery of major initiatives.. ·         7+ years of industry experience building complex software systems.. ·         Full-stack expertise with significant experience in both backend (Python, FastAPI) and frontend (TypeScript, React) development.. ·         Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.. ·         Proficiency with SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).. ·         Experience leading complex software designs and managing large-scale projects.. ·         Ability to work independently, solve complex problems, and drive initiatives to completion.. ·         Excellent communication and mentoring skills.. ·         Bonuses: experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), serverless functions, distributed data processing, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK), web accessibility, modern frontend testing frameworks, or electric power industry experience..
