Handle customer inquiries regarding insurance policies, claims, and related services via phone, email, and chat in Polish.. . Provide clients with clear information on policy details, coverage options, and premium calculations.. . Assist customers throughout the claims process, ensuring they receive timely support and resolutions.. . Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with a focus on delivering exceptional service.. . Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.. .
