You’ll be responsible for developing impactful solutions that align with each customer’s business needs, providing ongoing consultation, and enabling adoption and expansion of the platform’s capabilities. This is a full-time, remote position aligned with US business hours.. Accountabilities:. . Collaborate with customers to understand business challenges and architect customized solutions using the platform’s workflows.. . Deliver training, technical workshops, and roadmap discussions to ensure customer enablement and satisfaction.. . Act as a trusted advisor, communicating technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.. . Continuously monitor customer feedback, identify potential issues, and provide component-based solutions.. . Help manage and prioritize technical incidents and support requests.. . Partner cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to share customer insights and contribute to platform enhancements.. . . 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or similar roles within B2B SaaS environments.. . Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.. . Experience working with enterprise customers, including conducting on-site or remote meetings.. . Proficient in scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) and working with APIs.. .
