Collaborate with customers and partners to design secure, scalable, and innovative solutions that address specific use cases.. . Develop and present detailed technical and business proposals, including architectures, deployment roadmaps, and value demonstrations.. . Identify product functionality gaps and proactively engage with product and engineering teams to close them through internal R&D or external partnerships.. . Provide thought leadership in networking, industrial control systems, and cybersecurity solutions, bridging IT and OT environments.. . Build strong relationships with stakeholders across industries such as energy, utilities, oil & gas, and transportation.. . Represent the technical vision of the organization in customer discussions, partner collaborations, and internal initiatives.. . . Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or another technical discipline.. . 10+ years of experience in networking, industrial automation, or network security, with at least 5 years in hands-on technical roles.. . Strong background in cybersecurity, identity and access management, and IT/OT communication protocols.. . Expertise in secure network design, segmentation, and scalable architectures.. . Demonstrated success in creating solutions that drive customer wins and surpass sales objectives.. . Proven ability to form system integration partnerships in industrial sectors.. . Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and executive-level stakeholders.. .
