Responsibilities. . Provide outstanding customer service in Danish through various channels including phone, email, and chat regarding electric vehicle inquiries. . Assist customers with questions about vehicle specifications, services, and the electric vehicle ownership experience. . Handle order processing, service appointments, and general inquiries professionally. . Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions. . Gather feedback to continuously improve customer experiences and services. . Stay updated on the latest electric vehicle technologies and company offerings. . . Fluency in Danish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. . Strong customer service orientation with the ability to solve problems effectively. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the automotive or technology sector, is preferred. .
