Key Responsibilities:. . . Client Acquisition & Relationship Management. . . . Acquire and onboard new clients in the . Emerging Corporates. and . New Economic Group. segment. . . Build and manage strong relationships with existing corporate clients to drive revenue growth and wallet share. . . Act as the primary point of contact for all client interactions, understanding their business needs and providing customized financial solutions. . . . . . . Working Capital & Lending Solutions. . . . Identify, structure, and execute . working capital. , . term loan. , and other . commercial lending. products tailored to the client's business lifecycle. . . Evaluate creditworthiness of clients through in-depth financial analysis and risk assessment. . . Liaise with credit and risk teams to prepare and present credit proposals, ensuring timely approval and disbursal. . . . . . . Market Mapping & Lead Generation. . . . Continuously map the market to identify and target high-potential corporate clients, especially in high-growth sectors. . . Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to build pipelines for new business opportunities. . . . . . . Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance. . . . Monitor client accounts to ensure timely repayment, adherence to terms, and early identification of potential risk. . . Ensure compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements. . . . . . Key Skills & Competencies:. . Strong understanding of . working capital products. , . commercial lending. , and credit evaluation processes. . . Proven track record in . client acquisition. , . relationship management. , and . business development. . . . Exposure to . emerging corporates. and familiarity with the operational landscape of . Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred). . . 1–7 years of relevant experience in a . corporate banking. , . business banking. , or . financial services. environment. . .
