Provide exceptional customer service support in German via social media platforms. . Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. . Assist customers with product-related questions and issues. . Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently. . Monitor and engage with user feedback and comments on social media. . Collaborate with the marketing team to improve customer engagement strategies. . Prepare reports on customer interactions and feedback for management review. . . Fluency in German, both written and spoken. . Strong command of English or another language is a plus. . Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the social media industry. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. . Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. . Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. .
