Commissioning & Testing: Plan, commission, and test new installations, upgrades, and modifications to existing BEMS systems.. . Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing excellent customer service and technical advice.. . Fault Diagnosis & Problem Solving: Use your expertise to identify and rectify complex system faults across control panels, field wiring, electrical control panels, and BMS controllers.. . Project Delivery: Ensure all projects are delivered successfully on time and to specification, always aiming to exceed customer expectations.. . Mentoring: Support and guide junior engineers, sharing your expertise and knowledge to help them develop their skills.. . Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards and ensure all work meets compliance and regulatory requirements.. . Who We’re Looking For. . Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a BEMS Controls Engineer, with a strong engineering background.. . Solid experience with TREND hardware, networks, and/or Tridium control platforms.. . C&G Level 2 or equivalent electrical qualifications.. . Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.. . Solid mechanical plant knowledge.. . A proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and manage time effectively.. . Full clean driving license and an interest in energy management.. . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and influence at all levels.. . A flexible “can-do” attitude, with the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.. . Ability to mentor junior staff members and apprentices.. . Desirable. . Tridium N4 Certification.. . Trend Expert Status (current or prior).. . Experience with Siemens X Works and Desigo Insight.. .
