In this role, you will assist clients in addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding products, services, and order management, all while communicating effectively in German.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage customer inquiries related to manufacturing products and services via phone, email, and live chat in German.. . Provide detailed information about product specifications, pricing, and order status.. . Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.. . Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and service quality.. . Stay updated on manufacturing processes and product offerings to provide comprehensive support.. . . Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is advantageous.. . Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the manufacturing industry, is preferred.. . Strong technical and product knowledge, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers.. . Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.. . Familiarity with CRM systems and a good level of computer proficiency.. .
