Contribute to strategic planning by staying up-to-date with emerging technologies. . 7+ years of experience in data engineering or software development with a focus on data. . 3+ years of technical leadership and mentorship experience. . Proven expertise in cloud-based streaming data infrastructure and large-scale distributed systems. . Advanced proficiency with Python, Go, and cloud technologies. . Experience with tools such as DBT, Kubernetes, AWS, and CI/CD platforms. . Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. . Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. . Experience with real-time data pipelines in a production environment is a strong plus. .
