As a representative, you will assist clients in Dutch, ensuring a seamless shopping experience and handling inquiries related to their online orders.. Key Responsibilities. . Respond to customer inquiries about products, order status, refunds, and service issues via phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.. . Assist customers with navigating our e-commerce platform and provide information on promotions and new products.. . Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.. . Document all interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.. . Collaborate with fulfillment and logistics teams to ensure prompt order delivery and resolution of any issues.. . Stay updated on platform features and product offerings to assist customers effectively.. . . Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.. .
