Conduct virtual intakes and assessments to create strengths-based, collaborative treatment plans. . Apply evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, trauma-informed care, etc.). . Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our intuitive, paperless EHR system. . Participate in optional virtual clinical consults, peer supervision, and team meetings. . Serve a diverse client population while upholding the highest standards of ethical, inclusive care. . . Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California (active and in good standing). . Skilled in providing telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, or families. . Experienced with a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, trauma, depression, grief, life transitions, and relational issues. . Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently from a home office. . Tech-friendly and open to learning new digital tools (EHR, video platforms—training provided). .
