We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled . Sales Engineer (SE).  to join our team. The SE will serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, working closely with Account Executives to drive sales opportunities from a technical perspective. You will be responsible for understanding customer requirements, demonstrating the value of our solutions, and ensuring a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales implementation.. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused technologist with strong business acumen and a passion for solving business-critical challenges by translating sophisticated cybersecurity capabilities into clear, compelling business outcomes for CISOs, CFOs, and other executive stakeholders.. Key Responsibilities. . Partner with Account Executives to . drive technical pre-sales activities.  in support of achieving revenue goals.. . Conduct discovery calls, requirements gathering sessions, and technical deep dives with prospective customers.. . Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations tailored to the customer’s technical and business needs.. . Design and present solutions, architecture diagrams, and integration approaches that align with customer requirements.. . Serve as the primary technical resource throughout the sales cycle, addressing objections and providing technical guidance.. . Support RFP/RFI responses with clear and accurate technical input.. . Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap priorities.. . Ensure smooth handoffs to Professional Services or Customer Success teams during onboarding.. . Stay up to date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.. . . . 3+ years.  of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or technical pre-sales role.. . Strong understanding of SaaS, cybersecurity, ERP systems, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), etc.].. . Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business value for non-technical audiences.. . Proven expertise in enterprise-level, consultative sales with a focus on building strategic customer relationships and delivering tailored solutions.. . Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.. . Experience responding to RFPs/RFIs and building technical proposals.. . Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.. . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).. . Preferred Qualifications. . Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, SSO, SIEM, etc.. . Familiarity with solution selling or value-based selling methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).. . Background in cyber security, email security. (eg; MX Records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, MTAs,  Secure Email Gateways, SIEM, SOAR, endpoint tools). . Relevant certifications (CISSP, CompTIA Security+, and others) are a plus.. .
