Dedicated Atlassian product expert with robust project management skills. You own the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle management of the organization’s Atlassian suite of products (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, Bitbucket, Atlas, and related integrations). This role is accountable for advancing the platform vision: “Empower teams across the organization to deliver reliable, scalable services through a flexible and sustainable Atlassian platform.”. What You Will Do. As the Atlassian Platform expert you will lead various projects and be a strategic partner of our entire suite, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management. You are not just managing a tool; you are driving the vision and change for an ecosystem impacting approximately 800 users. You will:. Drive Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision and multi-horizon roadmap, ensuring priorities align with organizational goals and platform sustainability.. Lead a Technical Team: Manage and keep a small team of Atlassian admins aligned, ensuring they effectively execute hands-on technical work while you focus on the "wide view" of organizational impact.. Enforce Standards: Develop and drive processes, best practices, and guardrails to ensure a scalable and sustainable environment..
