Key Responsibilities. . Offer outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.. . Assist customers with inquiries regarding flight bookings, cancellations, and scheduling changes.. . Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner to ensure satisfaction.. . Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries within our CRM system.. . Work closely with other departments to ensure that customer needs and contractual obligations are met.. .
