In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the channel partner ecosystem across the UK & Ireland. You will take ownership of partner recruitment, pipeline generation, and long-term channel strategy, ensuring that partners are fully enabled and empowered for success. Acting as the primary point of contact for resellers, MSPs, VARs, and agents, you will cultivate strong relationships, support joint sales efforts, and represent the organization at key industry events. Accountabilities:. . Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, including resellers, MSPs, agents, distributors, and TSDs.. . Build and execute a regional strategy to scale channel business across the UK & Ireland.. . Develop and maintain a strong partner pipeline, ensuring predictable and sustainable growth.. . Support partners with joint sales efforts, deal structuring, and negotiations.. . Drive enablement by equipping partners with training, tools, and go-to-market strategies.. . Act as the main relationship manager for channel partners, building trust and loyalty.. . Evangelize solutions at partner events, roadshows, and industry conferences.. . Maintain accurate forecasts and reports within CRM systems, providing insights to leadership.. . Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and sales engineering teams to maximize partner success.. . . 8+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or a related role, ideally in SaaS, UCaaS, CCaaS, or cloud technology sectors.. . Proven track record of scaling a channel partner ecosystem in a competitive environment.. . Strong experience working with resellers, VARs, MSPs, distributors, and agents.. .
