Technical Estimator at Marlowe Environmental Services. We are on the lookout for an experience Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment specialist who can take on the Technical Estimator role (covering the Northern regions) on a remote basis, with occasional travel to Gloucester/ regional offices. You will be joining a successful team of 3x Estimators and 8x Sales Desk Executives.. Primary duties. . To produce high-quality remedial work quotes on the back of legionella risk assessment reports and recommendations in line with the HSG274 Part 2 guidance (The control of legionella bacteria in hot and cold water systems), using internal CRM ‘Gold-Vision’.. . To produce remedial quotes on the back of internal system reports (Service-to-Sale). . Proactively review quoting pipeline and liaise with Account Managers to build rapport and increase sales.. . Internal price list and training will be provided.. . Key Performance Indicators / Measure of Success. . Quarterly commission at 0.5% of invoiced and completed jobs.. . Achievement of internal SMART sales targets.. . Internal satisfaction.. . . The ideal candidate will;. . Have strong understanding of the Water Hygiene and Water Treatment industry.. . Be competent in understanding the needs of compliance services provided to our customers.. . Possess strong attention to detail and great numeracy skills.. . Be a good communicator and a team-player. . . Be confident with using Word and Excel.. . Previous experience with Remedials/ Account Management/ Water Hygiene/ Water Treatment/ Engineering Field is desirable.. .
