Maintain and update donor records across Salesforce, Klaviyo, SharePoint, and other platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency.. . Conduct regular prospecting to identify high-potential donors using Wealth Engine and similar tools, and create follow-up tasks for the philanthropy team.. . Reconcile and upload donation or payment data weekly, especially for gifts outside automated systems.. . Analyze donor trends and giving behavior to identify engagement opportunities and support fundraising strategies.. . Build and maintain custom Salesforce reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track pipeline health, trends, and performance.. . Integrate multi-channel data into Salesforce for campaign tracking and reporting.. . Prepare ad-hoc reports for presentations, grant proposals, and strategic planning.. . . Minimum of 4 years’ experience in database or data administration.. . Strong proficiency with Salesforce and comfort creating custom reports and dashboards.. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical training.. . Exceptional attention to detail, data integrity, and organizational skills.. . Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a part-time, remote setting.. . Familiarity with Klaviyo and Wealth Engine preferred.. .
