As a Sr. Staff Product Solutions Engineer, you'll work closely with strategic clients to design and deliver bespoke solutions built on top of a robust data intelligence platform. You’ll guide product development through discovery, documentation, and delivery—partnering cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and professional services teams. Accountabilities:. ·         Lead product discovery and gather requirements for tailored data solutions and platform enhancements. ·         Define product scope and manage delivery through product requirement documents (PRDs). ·         Oversee the development lifecycle and ensure alignment with customer expectations. ·         Act as a primary contact for key customers, ensuring adoption, satisfaction, and retention. ·         Partner with sales to support lead qualification, proposal development, and upsell opportunities. ·         Manage beta testing, gather feedback, and resolve post-delivery technical issues. ·         Collaborate with external development partners and manage those relationships. ·         Identify new product opportunities and propose scalable solutions for repeat customer needs. ·         Enable internal teams through documentation and product training. ·         12+ years of experience in data management, data warehousing, or data engineering. ·         Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ·         In-depth knowledge of SQL, data integration methods, APIs, and cloud-based data architectures. ·         Hands-on experience with data catalog software or similar enterprise data platforms. ·         Strong understanding of data governance, data security, and system interoperability. ·         Proven success in a customer-facing role such as product management, sales engineering, or TAM. ·         Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical ideas for diverse audiences. ·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally in fast-moving environments. ·         Comfortable with strategic client relationships and long-term product planning.
