The organization currently leverages . Snowflake. as its data lake and . Tableau. for analytics and reporting, with large volumes of operational, financial, and product data flowing across multiple systems and vendor tools.. 4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering with a reporting focus. . Strong hands-on experience with . Tableau (dashboarding, modeling). and . Snowflake (SQL, transformations). . . . Excellent communication skills in English. , especially with business stakeholders. . Ability to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable data solutions. . Strong analytical mindset and ability to work independently with high ownership.. Responsibilities. Design and build advanced Tableau dashboards and operational reports. . Write and optimize complex Snowflake SQL queries and data models. . Evaluate and improve Snowflake data architecture for discoverability and scalability. . Collaborate daily with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and iterate quickly. . Identify data inconsistencies, gaps, and cross-system misalignments. . Partner with architecture and engineering to refine schemas, documentation, and governance. . Bonus Points.
