We are passionate about bringing design visions to life with precision, creativity, and a strong attention to detail.. Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Residential Draftsperson to assist with creating high-quality 2D drawings and 3D renderings for residential renovation and construction projects. . You will collaborate closely with our design team to translate design concepts into technical drawings and visual presentations, ensuring accuracy, creativity, and alignment with client expectations.. Key Responsibilities: . . Produce detailed 2D drawings and plans for residential renovations and new builds using AutoCAD and SketchUp.. . Support the design team with drafting, revisions, and technical documentation.. . Create 3D renderings using software such as Lumion or Enscape (preferred).. . Ensure all drawings meet the level of detail and quality required for execution.. . Collaborate with the team to ensure design feasibility and accuracy.. . Deliver project work within agreed timelines.. . . Proven experience as a Draftsperson in residential design or a related field.. . Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp (required).. . Has extensive experience in joinery design and detailing for residential and commercial projects.. . Experience with 3D rendering software such as Lumion or Enscape (preferred).. . Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications closely.. . Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently under an ICA (Independent Contractor Agreement).. . A portfolio showcasing relevant drafting and rendering work (required).. . Work Arrangement & Expectations:. This is a remote role that will be set up as an independent contractor engagement..
