Build and manage relationships with brokers, agents, CPAs, and other key referral sources to generate new business opportunities.. . Conduct cold outreach, identify high-potential leads, and guide prospects through the sales funnel.. . Deliver presentations and customized proposals that showcase value-added solutions to clients.. . Provide ongoing training and support to brokers on product offerings and sales strategies.. . Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and compliance regulations.. . Represent the organization at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.. . Meet and exceed monthly goals related to RFP submissions, lead generation, and client acquisition.. . Oversee budgets and campaign performance for regional outreach, including digital campaigns and contact expansion.. . . 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within a PEO, insurance, or HR services environment.. .
