Responsibilities. . Provide exceptional customer service via social media channels in Nordic languages.. . Respond promptly to customer inquiries, comments, and complaints.. . Engage with customers to enhance their experience and promote client products/services.. . Monitor social media platforms for customer engagement opportunities.. . Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.. . Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and policies.. . Stay updated on industry trends and client offerings to better assist customers.. . . Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English.. . Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably within the social media industry.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills.. . Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.. . Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities.. . Capable of multitasking and managing several conversations simultaneously.. . Empathetic, patient, and able to maintain a positive attitude under pressure.. . Company Location: Greece.
