This role provides a strategic opportunity to support and strengthen an organization’s enterprise risk management framework. As an Enterprise Risk Analyst II, you will identify, assess, and monitor operational, compliance, and financial risks while collaborating with business units to enhance controls and mitigation strategies. You will contribute to regulatory readiness, support audit processes, and develop insightful reporting for senior leadership. Accountabilities. . Conduct risk and control self-assessments (RCSAs) for assigned departments.. . Support third-party vendor risk assessments and program compliance.. . Coordinate policy review and manage exceptions tracking.. . Develop reports, dashboards, and analysis for senior risk staff.. . Assist with disaster recovery/business continuity planning and testing.. . Maintain enterprise risk inventory, issue tracking logs, and audit documentation.. . Identify process gaps and propose control improvements.. . Participate in internal training sessions and mentor junior analysts.. . Support the Director of ERM in executing daily enterprise risk program initiatives.. . Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and data privacy standards.. . Represent the organization professionally through ethical conduct and community engagement.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.. . 2–4 years of experience in risk, compliance, or internal audit within a financial institution.. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.. . Familiarity with Governance, Risk, & Compliance (GRC) or Compliance Management Systems (CMS) preferred.. . Understanding of banking regulations and risk governance principles.. . Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.. . Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.. . Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.. . Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.. .
