Internal Marketing Manager at Dairy MAX. We’re looking for a strategic, detail-oriented Internal Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that support and elevate the dairy category. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional marketing initiatives designed to educate and influence both consumer and stakeholder audiences, aligning all efforts to our broader mission: building trust in dairy and driving demand across the category.. This position is critical to ensuring that our internal marketing plans are clear, aligned, and impactful. You’ll coordinate across internal teams and external partners to lead campaigns from start to finish; ensuring creative excellence, audience relevance, and measurable outcomes.. Internal Marketing Planning:. Lead the development of go-to-market strategies for internal brand initiatives. Define clear objectives, identify target audiences, decide channel strategy and build integrated marketing plans aligned with organizational goals across owned, paid and earned media.. Campaign Development & Management (Tactical):. Translate strategic plans into actionable campaigns by managing timelines, deliverables, and budgets. Own the day-to-day execution of these campaigns; from creative briefing and content production to in-market launch, optimization and report-out.. Cross-Functional Collaboration:. Serve as the strategic marketing lead across departments and verticals to ensure all efforts are aligned and cohesive. Coordinate planning and execution across teams to deliver integrated campaigns that reflect unified messaging, strategy, and objectives.. Creative Briefing & Content Strategy:. Develop strategic briefs and partner with internal teams and creative agencies to produce messaging and assets that are compelling, audience-relevant, and aligned with brand and campaign objectives.. Audience Journey Mapping:. Design and manage end-to-end audience journeys—tailoring content and messaging across touchpoints to engage consumers and stakeholders throughout the funnel.. Measurement & Reporting:. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks for each initiative. Track performance, share insights with stakeholders, and use data to inform continuous improvement.. Qualifications:. ·       3–5 years of experience in a marketing role with hands-on involvement in campaign planning and execution.. ·       Background in food & beverage, agriculture, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries strongly preferred.. ·       Proven ability to lead integrated campaigns and collaborate across functions.. ·       Strong organizational and project management skills; capable of managing timelines and cross-functional input.. ·       Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.. ·       Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and execution..  .
