Serve as a floating resource across multiple departments, including Research Operations, Site Operations, and Data Management.. . Support key functions like quality control, user access testing, training tracking, and regulatory documentation.. . Prepare materials such as Master Plans, meeting minutes, source documentation, and distribute study-related content.. . Liaise with investigational sites and sponsors to resolve data queries and maintain up-to-date documentation.. . Manage study data flow including receipt, review, and feedback for endpoint testing.. . Participate in and contribute to team meetings, ensuring deadlines and project milestones are met.. . Follow Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, company SOPs, and federal, state, and local regulations.. . Provide study coordination support as needed across various clinical trials.. . . High school diploma or GED required; nursing or bachelor’s degree preferred.. . Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical research setting or equivalent experience.. . Familiarity with FDA and ICH regulations, and basic knowledge of the clinical trial process.. . Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.. . Excellent communication and organization skills with high attention to detail.. . Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, shift focus efficiently, and work collaboratively.. .
