Sangoma is committed to Empowering Businesses with Essential Communications through our cutting-edge Unified Communications, UCaaS, CCaaS, VOIP, and Hybrid solutions, enhancing connectivity and streamlining communication for organizations of all sizes. We are looking for a highly organized and talented Marketing Events Coordinator to help plan, execute, and optimize internal and external events that support our brand, generate leads, and drive engagement. You will work closely with marketing, sales, product, and external vendors to deliver memorable experiences that reinforce our brand and support business growth. This is a six month project with the ability to be extended..  . Your Role:. Plan and execute events including tradeshows, partner summits, webinars, product launches, and corporate events . Coordinate logistics including venue selection, registration, booth setup, promotional materials, catering, A/V, and swag . Partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure events run smoothly from planning to post-event reporting . Track budgets, manage timelines, and ensure events stay on schedule and within budget . Manage event promotions through email, social media, and website updates in collaboration with the digital marketing team . Own event registration processes and maintain attendee communications pre- and post-event . Capture event performance metrics (leads generated, attendance, engagement) and provide reporting to stakeholders . Assist with partner or customer-facing webinars, including scheduling, hosting, and follow-ups . Support event content development (e.g., presentations, signage, video) . Maintain inventory of event materials and promotional assets . Your Background:. 2–4 years of experience in marketing, event coordination, or project management . Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills . Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners . Comfortable with managing multiple projects simultaneously . Proficient with webinar platforms (e.g., GoToMeeting), CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) . Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe, Figma) is a plus . Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event execution .  . Nice to Have: . Experience planning both virtual and in-person events . Familiarity with B2B tech, telecom, SaaS, or channel marketing . Experience supporting Sales Kickoffs or Partner Advisory Councils .
