Conduct current-state assessments of business processes to identify improvement opportunities. . Develop and execute project plans to address gaps and drive measurable operational improvements. . Manage multiple process improvement initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. . Lead project tracking, action item management, deliverables, team communication, and progress reporting. . Partner with leadership teams to identify, prioritize, and implement process enhancements using data-driven insights. . Integrate and analyze data from multiple sources to provide actionable recommendations to leadership. . Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization — both verbally and in writing. . Address ad hoc operational challenges with urgency, ensuring positive business and customer outcomes. . Act as a liaison between Customer Experience and Product teams, identifying key opportunities for improvement and supporting change management during new rollouts. . Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. . 3–5 years of professional experience in project management, operations, or process improvement. . Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills. . Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams. . Customer-centric and proactive approach to problem-solving. . Skilled in developing relationships across teams and driving change through collaboration. . Excellent time management skills with experience working under tight deadlines. . Ability to translate business requirements into actionable project plans. . Proficient in using and interpreting quantitative and qualitative data for decision-making. . Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. . Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team. .
