Lead SEO strategy and execution to grow sustainable organic traffic. . Manage CRO initiatives across the marketing funnel to improve conversion rates. . Develop comprehensive performance reports and provide actionable insights. . Collaborate with Sales and Product Marketing to align messaging and enhance the customer journey. . Work closely with RevOps to refine attribution in GA4, GTM, and Hubspot. . . 2+ years of practical experience gained in B2B SaaS company environments. . 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Paid Ads/PPC campaigns. . . Strong proficiency in Google Ads is required (experience with LinkedIn, Microsoft, and Meta Ads is a plus). . Solid skills in analytics, attribution modeling, and performance reporting. . Comfortable conducting CRO testing and driving conversion optimization initiatives. . Skilled with GA4, GTM, and Hotjar or Clarity.. .
