As a Lead Generation Appointment Setter you will be responsible in the sales success by identifying and engaging potential clients, creating new business opportunities, and ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads for the sales team. This position directly contributes to revenue growth by building strong connections with decision-makers and setting the stage for successful client partnerships.. Duties and Responsibilities:. . Conduct outbound cold calls daily to engage with decision-makers and generate qualified leads . . Research, identify, and target potential prospects across assigned industries/regions. . . Personalize sales pitches to address different customer pain points and industry challenges. . . Set up qualified appointments and demos for the sales team with prospects who meet defined criteria. . . Manage and update CRM records accurately, ensuring all calls, notes, and follow-ups are documented. . . Nurture leads with professional follow-up, converting initial conversations into meetings or demos. . . Build a quick rapport over the phone and compellingly position our services/products. . . Stay compliant with company policies and sales regulations during all communications. . . Work closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and continuously improve call outcomes.. . . At least 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, telesales, or lead generation. . . Experience in B2B (Business to Business) . . Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. . . Strong resilience, with the ability to handle rejection and stay motivated. . . Proven ability to quickly build rapport with diverse personalities over the phone. . . Organized and detail-oriented, with effective time management and follow-up skills. . .
