Stronger Consulting seeks an experienced HR Consultant to join our consultant network. This is a contract-based, project-dependent role designed for professionals with at least five years of experience in human resources, . with preference given to those familiar with the education, charter school, and nonprofit sectors. . The HR Consultant will partner with clients to deliver high-quality services in compensation studies, talent assessments, and broader HR strategy work. This role is ideal for independent professionals who are highly skilled, equity-centered, and comfortable managing discrete projects on an as-needed basis.. Key Responsibilities. . Conduct compensation studies, salary benchmarking, and internal pay equity analyses for client organizations.. . Support talent assessments, including organizational reviews, job description alignment, and workforce planning.. . Partner with client leadership to design HR strategies that align with organizational goals, equity priorities, and sector best practices.. . Analyze and present data in clear, actionable formats for executive leaders and boards.. . Provide coaching and technical assistance to clients on talent systems, structures, and implementation plans.. . Deliver high-quality reports, presentations, and recommendations within defined timelines.. . Collaborate with Stronger Consulting’s internal team to ensure consistent quality, alignment, and client satisfaction across all projects.. Qualifications. . Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources, talent strategy, or related fields; education or nonprofit HR experience strongly preferred . (This should be clearly outlined in your resume). . . . Proven experience conducting compensation studies and/or talent assessments.. . Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.. . Excellent facilitation and communication skills with diverse stakeholders, including executives and board members.. . Familiarity with HR best practices in equity, inclusion, and compliance.. . Project management experience, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.. . Prior experience as an independent contractor or consultant preferred.. .
