Handle technical support cases for enterprise customers, ranging from basic inquiries to complex integration challenges.. Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve issues across API, Web, and SDK integrations, providing clear solutions or workarounds.. Manage technical escalations to completion, ensuring timely updates for customers and internal stakeholders.. Conduct technical certifications and validation of customer integrations before launch.. Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases, including documentation, incident reports, and release notes.. Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance metrics, identify trends, and propose process improvements.. Collaborate cross-functionally with developers, product owners, and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.. . 3–5 years of experience in SaaS technical support, technical account management, or customer success roles.. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills.. Experience with API, Web, and SDK (iOS/Android) implementation and support.. Excellent technical communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.. Proficient with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI or Excel (pivot tables, formulas).. Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Salesforce, Confluence, or similar platforms..
