Requirements . Experience & Skills . ● 5+ years supporting senior executives or founders, ideally in a role that combined executive support with operations or project management. . ● Demonstrated experience in high-level operations, consulting, or leadership environments—able to think and act beyond administration. . ● Impeccable spoken and written English; ability to draft, edit, and present at a C-suite level with precision and polish. . ● Proven ability to manage complex calendars, travel, and projects while maintaining calm under pressure. . ● Tech-fluent and quick to master new tools (Google Workspace, HubSpot, Slack, project management platforms, AI tools, etc.). .
