Working closely with the executive leadership team, you'll help drive transformational initiatives and amplify Koda’s capacity to execute. Your contributions will be critical to scaling Koda's mission execution thoughtfully and efficiently. . This role is designed as a two-year strategic leadership development opportunity with clear progression pathways. Successful candidates will be positioned to grow into senior leadership roles such as Head of Strategy, Head of Strategic Partnerships, or ownership of new business verticals as Koda scales. You’ll gain invaluable experience working directly with our executive team, investors, and board members - building the skills, networks, and insights to become a senior operator or founder in your own right.. What You'll Do. Coordinate and execute high-priority, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear timelines, accountability, and measurable results. Ensure company-wide goals, initiatives, and priorities are clearly communicated, documented, and tracked to maintain focus and alignment.. Anticipate roadblocks, resolve bottlenecks, and adapt plans as necessary to ensure initiative success. Implement best practices for internal communication, planning, documentation, and cross-team workflows. Facilitate team offsites, all-company meetings, and key internal events that promote alignment and engagement, and clarity of priorities. Evaluate the evolving business landscape and adjust project scope, timelines, or resources as needed to maintain alignment with strategic priorities. Serve as a flexible, high-capacity problem solver for urgent or strategic initiatives requiring rapid execution and cross-functional coordination. Manage all aspects of board meeting readiness, including scheduling, agenda planning, stakeholder coordination, and drafting high-quality board materials and presentations.. . 3-5 years in roles such as project management, implementation consulting, strategy, or business operations - ideally in high growth environments. . Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives with precision, urgency, and adaptability. . Highly structured and process‑oriented, yet comfortable in dynamic and ambiguous situations. . Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. . Curiosity about all aspects of startup operations and a desire to explore career growth paths across functions. . Exceptionally proactive and self‑motivated, with the ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. . Demonstrated ability to rally diverse teams, navigate complexity, and maintain strategic clarity under pressure. . . Bonus Points. . Familiarity with or certification in PMP®, Lean Six Sigma, CSM®, PMI-ACP®, or equivalent. . Background in consulting, venture capital, or Series A/B startup environments. . Comfortable using AI-powered tools to increase productivity, conduct research, and support decision-making. . Able to build and interpret basic financial models to support business cases or strategic initiatives.. . Capable of creating compelling, effective presentations and strategy decks . .
