We are seeking a detail-oriented UX Research Operations Coordinator to support the seamless execution of user experience research projects. In this role, you will manage participant recruitment, scheduling, and logistics across multiple research studies, ensuring projects run efficiently and deliver high-quality results. You will collaborate closely with UX researchers, clients, and cross-functional teams to coordinate screening, quotas, and incentives, while maintaining accurate records and adhering to timelines. You will play a key role in helping the research team deliver actionable insights that inform product strategy.. Accountabilities. . Manage UX research operations from project initiation through execution, including participant recruitment, screening, scheduling, communications, NDAs/ICFs, attendance tracking, and incentive distribution.. . Coordinate internal and client-facing meetings, project kick-offs, and documentation to ensure smooth project flow.. . Utilize project and content management tools (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, Salesforce, Slack, Gchat, Gspaces) to track progress, maintain records, and organize communication.. . Provide day-to-day operational support for research studies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery across all phases.. . Maintain continuity and compliance across projects, including adherence to client-specific protocols and regulated industry requirements.. . Develop and maintain best practices for screening and participant management, including databases of screening questions for future use.. . Collaborate with research and operations teams to identify process improvements, enhance efficiency, and strengthen team practices.. . Share insights on tools, workflows, and processes to improve study execution and client experience.. . . 1–2 years of experience supporting clients and stakeholders in a service-oriented, project-driven environment.. .
