A strong track record in business development or consultative B2B sales, ideally with responsibility for generating your own pipeline.. Commercially motivated, with the confidence to identify, develop and successfully convert opportunities.. Managing opportunities through the full sales cycle, including stakeholder alignment, commercial discussions and negotiation.. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level decision makers (typically CEOs, COOs and CFOs) within high-growth businesses.. Ability to understand and empathise with customers and prospects. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and the ability to explain complex solutions clearly and engagingly across written, verbal and presentation formats.. Confidence in developing an expert knowledge of share schemes and equity management. Experience using CRM and sales software to manage pipeline and reporting..
