Assist patients in navigating the healthcare system, including appointment scheduling and understanding treatment options.. . Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a seamless experience.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the system for future reference.. . Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance service delivery and patient experience.. .
