About the Role:. The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for contacting prospective clients via telephone and email. They initiate telephone conversations to ascertain whether potential clients might be interested in our staffing services and then schedule a time for US sales to meet with clients. What will you be doing day to day?. Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed sales objectives in acquiring new clients. You will familiarize yourself with essential details of Cynet Health services.. You will receive lists of potential clients from the US BD team, and you will be responsible for cold-calling these prospects. . You may also use email to contact clients, both current and prospective, to answer any questions, schedule meetings with the US-based BD Team, or reschedule meetings as needed.. Accepting calls from prospective clients as they arise.. Fielding basic questions and concerns about the staffing services we offer.. Scheduling a follow-up between the prospective client and a BD Representative.. Keeping a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered.. Using CRM to document and assign leads.. Attempting to contact prospective clients whom you have been unable to contact..
