The ideal candidate will have:. . Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).. . In-depth knowledge of global travel destinations, transportation options, and luxury travel services.. . Experience handling a high volume of calls, managing travel bookings for flights, hotels, and ground transportation . . Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, maintaining a calm and professional manner at all times. . Dedication to customer satisfaction, show a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, acting with tact and diplomacy and demonstrating excellent problem solving skills. . Proactive in identifying and resolving booking challenges or last-minute changes.. . Initiative and creativity to best meet the needs of our members. . Flexibility : This position is a full-time 40-hrs per week role on a shift basis, The right candidate needs to be flexible in offering their services between the hours of 07:00-23:00 local time, Monday to Sunday, including Public Holidays.
