You’ll manage key funder relationships, oversee multi-stakeholder projects, and help bring cutting-edge medical devices, diagnostics, therapeutics, and digital health solutions to market. Working in a dynamic, mission-driven environment, you'll be instrumental in supporting the ARPA-H initiative and driving equitable innovation at scale.. . Accountabilities:. . Act as the primary liaison with funders and partners, representing the program with professionalism and strategic insight.. . Design, lead, and execute commercialization programs aligned with strategic goals, especially within the ARPA-H initiative.. . Manage complex portfolios including project planning, team collaboration, subcontractor oversight, and deliverable tracking.. . Identify operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve workflows and program delivery.. . Lead internal cross-functional teams and ensure alignment with program vision, goals, and timelines.. . Support fundraising, reporting, and external communication efforts related to health innovation and commercialization.. . Provide subject matter expertise to evolve programs, share insights, and contribute to the organization’s equity and impact goals.. . Supervise and develop team members through coaching, feedback, and professional development support.. . . 7+ years of experience in program design and management, with a strong focus on health innovation or commercialization.. . Educational background in MBA, MPH, or a related field preferred.. . Deep knowledge of health solution development and commercialization strategies, including regulatory and reimbursement pathways.. . Skilled communicator with proven experience in funder engagement and proposal/report preparation.. . Track record of managing federal or agency-funded projects is a strong advantage.. . Adept at building and maintaining strategic relationships with consultants, vendors, and internal teams.. . Strong analytical mindset with ability to manage data for decision-making and program assessment.. . Comfortable working remotely with flexibility to travel up to 25% and align with East Coast business hours.. . Digital fluency in GSuite, CRM platforms, and collaboration tools required.. .
