Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including social media posts, articles, infographics, short-form videos, and blog posts.. . Monitor and manage social media accounts, actively engaging with followers and responding to comments to build a strong online community.. . Analyze social media and marketing performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize strategies.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all marketing initiatives.. . Identify and implement strategies to improve marketing collateral and optimize marketing funnels for lead generation and conversion.. . Automate digital workflows (e.g., between website and CRM like HubSpot) to enhance efficiency and streamline marketing operations.. . Excellent writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content that engages an audience.. .
