Conducting 1:1s (onboarding check-ins, feedback, development, wellbeing).. . Organizing and running Performance Reviews, probation period reviews, and supporting managers in giving feedback.. . Developing and implementing KPI/OKR systems and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).. . Analyzing team engagement and needs, shaping learning and development programs.. . Supporting and promoting company culture and values.. . Participating in the creation of career paths, training programs, and management development initiatives.. . Working with HR analytics: turnover, eNPS, engagement, loyalty, key HR metrics.. . Building strong partnerships with employees and leads — acting as an internal coach and mediator.. . . Has 2+ years of experience as an HRBP / HRD / HRG in a digital, product, or IT company.. . Knows how to build true partnerships with the business and isn’t afraid of tough conversations.. . Thinks systematically and builds HR processes tailored to business goals.. . Has experience with performance processes, IDPs, and development programs.. . Speaks fluent English — C1 level.. .
