Accountabilities. ·         Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design data models, and develop reports and dashboards across key business functions. ·         Track and report on KPIs, regularly providing insights to support business strategy and decision-making. ·         Maintain consistent business logic and KPI definitions across all reporting and dashboards. ·         Develop product and sales forecasts using tools such as Excel, SQL, R, and Tableau. ·         Proactively identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for business optimization. ·         Partner with other Analytics team members on cross-functional projects as needed. ·         Contribute to ad hoc reporting and data projects to support organizational initiatives. . ·         2–3+ years of experience in SQL, business intelligence, and data warehousing; forecasting experience strongly preferred. ·         Experience in Ecommerce, CPG, Retail, or other consumer products industries is a plus. ·         Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills. ·         Expertise with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI. ·         Excellent collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional teamwork. ·         Detail-oriented, analytical, and motivated to solve problems efficiently. ·         Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines. .
