
Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist at aCloud. Role Purpose. The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist strengthens aCloud’s recruitment capability across . all entities. including Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, India, and future regional markets. This role designs and implements structured recruitment processes, filtering systems, and evaluation scorecards to ensure high-quality hiring decisions. The Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with hiring managers and HR counterparts in other countries to build a sustainable and scalable talent acquisition engine.. Key Responsibilities. . Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple markets, from requisition to offer. . . Collaborate with HR teams in other countries to review and filter candidate profiles. . . Implement structured pre-screening tools, including skills tests, questionnaires, and assessments. . . Develop and enforce interview scorecards aligned with aCloud’s values and role requirements. . . Train hiring managers on structured candidate evaluation to reduce reliance on subjective judgement. . . Maintain recruitment dashboards and databases, including time-to-hire, candidate pipeline, and quality-of-hire metrics. . . Strengthen employer branding across job boards, LinkedIn, and regional platforms.. . Location. : Kuala Lumpur/Selangor or Penang. . Proven experience in talent acquisition with regional coverage. . . Familiarity with ATS platforms and candidate assessment tools (e.g. TestGorilla, Codility, HireVue). . . Strong organisational and process-building skills. . . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, with ability to manage multi-country hiring. . . Execution-driven and results-oriented. . . Best to have broader HR-related experience outside of recruitment (e.g. HR operations, employee engagement, or compliance).. . Company Location: Malaysia.
