Implement and configure Oracle HCM ORC to align with client recruitment processes and needs.. . Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to enhance the recruitment strategy using Oracle solutions.. . Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality.. . Develop testing scenarios, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support go-live activities for ORC implementations.. . Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and training on HCM ORC functionalities.. . Stay updated with Oracle Recruiting Cloud features and best practices for continuous improvement.. . Assist with integrations of ORC with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.. . . Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.. . 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud (ORC).. . Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.. . Experience with system integrations and data migration within Oracle products.. . Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.. . Ability to work effectively within teams and manage stakeholder relationships.. . Oracle HCM certifications, especially focusing on Recruiting Cloud, are preferred.. . Company Location: India.
