About the Company. Our client is an early-stage . B2B SaaS company. developing multiple software products focused on helping businesses scale through automation and smarter workflows. They’re building the foundations of a data-driven, product-led growth engine and are looking for a . hands-on Product/Growth Marketer. to establish clear positioning, optimize user onboarding, and drive activation across their portfolio.. Key Responsibilities. Establish and continuously refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and positioning for each SaaS offering. . Develop and optimise onboarding, activation, and retention funnels to improve user lifecycle performance. . Analyse user behaviour data to identify friction points and minimise early-stage drop-offs. . Create and maintain consistent messaging across the website, product experience, and sales materials. . Partner closely with product and engineering teams to advance product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. . Plan and run structured growth experiments to test hypotheses and quantify performance lift. . Contribute to both inbound and outbound efforts, including email marketing, landing page optimisation, and CRM automation. . Monitor, analyse, and report on KPIs tied to activation, conversion rates, and overall customer engagement.. 3+ years’ experience in SaaS growth, product marketing, or lifecycle marketing roles. . Demonstrated knowledge of product-led growth (PLG) strategies and structured experimentation methodologies. . Background in early-stage or high-growth SaaS environments. . Strong copywriting and messaging capabilities tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. . Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (HighLevel CRM is a plus). . Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack for cross-functional collaboration. . Ability to manage and prioritise across multiple products or industry verticals at once. .
