Territory Sales Representative at Bridgit. The construction industry is undergoing a major transformation. Bridgit is helping general contractors of all sizes modernize workforce planning through our category-leading SaaS platform.. We are seeking a Territory Sales Account Executive to lead sales efforts with contractors across a regional territory. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business development and managing existing relationships, with a strong focus on growing adoption and revenue within your accounts. You will be expected to combine a hunter mindset with strong relationship-building skills to maximize impact in your region.. What You Will Do. . Own a defined territory, developing a pipeline of opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and regional networking.. . Manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and demos to contract negotiation and close.. . Educate prospective customers on the value of Bridgit Bench, tailoring messaging to business and operational priorities.. . Balance volume and quality—managing multiple shorter sales cycles while ensuring a consultative approach.. . Collaborate with BDRs and Marketing to run regional campaigns and events that drive pipeline.. . Accurately manage forecasts, activities, and opportunity data within Salesforce.. . Partner with Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account growth.. . What You Will Bring. . 2–4+ years of SaaS sales experience with a track record of exceeding quota.. . Experience running sales cycles in the 30–90 day range with deal sizes typically between $10k–$50K ARR.. . Strong prospecting and pipeline-building skills—comfortable creating your own opportunities.. . Ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.. .
