Lead and continuously improve the end-to-end recruitment process across global markets.. . Manage, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team of recruiters.. . Partner with HR and business leaders to design and implement scalable, localized hiring strategies.. . Oversee international recruiting vendors and ensure performance aligns with key metrics.. . Drive enhancements to tools, processes, and candidate experience across all hiring stages.. . Provide market intelligence and data-driven insights to support workforce planning and executive decision-making.. . Personally manage executive and high-priority searches when needed.. . . 8–12 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including global hiring responsibilities.. . At least 4 years of experience leading geographically dispersed recruitment teams.. . Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems; Greenhouse experience preferred.. . Demonstrated success in transforming and scaling recruitment operations.. . Deep understanding of inclusive hiring, global labor markets, and executive recruiting.. .
